Many things can be done during June. Among all of them, we have a special party that is normally celebrated in Brazil. As it is the beginning of winter in the country, eating and drinking hot stuff seems to be very appropriate for the season. The June’sparties are celebrated every where at schools, clubs and even homes.
People like towear checked clothes and country hats. Some places are decorated with typical flags and we cantaste the popular quentão, a hot drink made with wine. There are lots off oods as well. Several sweets, hot-dogs, the popular pinhão and other things. Sometimes children may have some fun playing different games and winning some prizes.
